What is Zomato Brands Packs and how it benefits customers

Zomato has launched a new loyalty program for its customers, introducing a feature called Brand Packs, which offers additional discounts at preferred restaurants. This initiative aims to reward users who frequently order from the same restaurants via the platform.

Zomato CEO Deepinder Goyal announced the launch on the microblogging site X, formerly known as Twitter. According to his post, over 4,000 restaurants are currently participating in the Brand Packs program.

Here’s what Zomato CEO wrote on X: “I repeat-order from my favourite restaurants often, and so do a lot of our customers. To make this more rewarding for you, we are introducing Brand Packs – our first step towards building loyalty programs for select restaurants on Zomato. 4000+ restaurants are live and 10 lakh+ Brand Packs have been purchased already. If you have any feedback, please do let me know! And happy rep-eating.”

Users reacted positively to Goyal’s post: “This is fantastic news! I’ve always believed in supporting my favorite restaurants, & Zomato’s Brand Packs are the perfect incentive. Happy rep-eating to all!,” wrote one X user. Another commented, “Great move.” A third user suggested, “Deepi bro a better idea is like say I’m ordering from Burger King always from nearby, why not show Burger King that this user is ordering from you a lot. And giving those sets of customers discounts dynamically.”
